We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.

Final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. FLEURIVIA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other third parties.
