Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

Note: Final sale items, personalized/customized products, and undergarments are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include your order number and return reason in the package.
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided in your return confirmation email).

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
